PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION PLEASE READ ALL SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS AND TITLES CAREFULLY. It is not my fault if you book the wrong service . If in doubt, please send me a message through Instagram or Facebook messages. Some services each have their own deposit, but deposit payed always goes towards your service total . Bookings are always open 30 days at a time. Once one day closes, the next business day opens. Please try not make last minute appointments . Especially around holidays. Prices listed are subject to change based on designs. Feel free to message me for a price estimate. PAYMENTS: I take cash, Cash app, Chime direct pay, Apple Pay, and card payments . Please keep in mind that when you pay with card, there is a processing fee. FACE MASKS : Masks are not required at the moment, but please keep in mind there will be dust and chemical smells. Also be aware of certain seasons when sicknesses are going around , such as allergy and flu seasons . Feel free to wear mask if you feel more comfortable in doing so. Please stay home if you are not feeling well, we can always reschedule. I do have a small seating area with 2 chairs for extra guests , but keep in mind services do take a while. If you are not happy with a design or service, please let me know before you leave . Do not be scared to speak up. Once you leave there is no guarantee I will be able to get you back in to fix any mistakes.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
If needing to reschedule, please try to reschedule at least 24 hrs before scheduled appointment. Deposits are transferrable . I understand things happen , all I ask is for you to let me know asap .
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARRIVE ON TIME PLEASE . There is a 15 minute grace period , after 20 mins or more I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. If running late please message me to see if I still have time to fit you in.
If needing to cancel, please try to cancel at least 24 hrs before scheduled appointment. Anything less than 24 hrs may result in me keeping your deposit . I understand things can happen like emergencies , so please let me know asap.
Deposits will be kept if you no show.
After 3 cancellations or no shows, you will no longer be able to book with me .
By making an appointment with The Nail Mafia, even if you do not fill out the forms/waiver, you still agree to all the terms and policies on said forms/waiver just by making an appointment.
